What is the Prepay Club?
As a reward for our frequent customers we have developed our Prepay Club.
You simply add a minimum of £10 credit to your account and we will give you 25% FREE - that's £2.50 for every £10.00 you add.
You can use your Prepay credit to purchase cards by selecting the "Pay with Prepay" button in the basket,
if you have enough prepay balance then this will be the only option.
You cannot use Prepay to purchase gifts - this is because Prepay is a bulk discount for purchasing multiple cards.
Prepay cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount offer.
Can I add more Credit?
When your credit is getting low simply add more using the Checkout and Pre-pay button in the Checkout section OR
you can top up your credit by clicking on the Add Prepay Credit option in your My Account section.
We'll add 25% every time you top up your account and send you an email to confirm your transaction.
Where's my Prepay balance shown?
Go to Payment History in the My Account section.
